I have multiple cars, collector and 4 motorcyclesso i need to thin the herd as i get older. This is my last jaguar and it needs agood, caring, new home. My e type v-12 has 23,300 original miles. I drove it tothe kansas city crown center jag show yesterday 5/20/17. Original regency red down tometal respray professionally completed at a cost of $15,000 in 2008. Newinterior (check out the pictures, embroidery and details). All gauges, switcheswork. The car is original in most all respects, save the awesome modern alpinestereo with bluetooth, cd mp3 am fm. The body is very solid, considering it's age! Completed the 30th of july 1963 and dispatched shortly after on august 12th, destined for the states through jaguar cars, new york; this car was purchased new by j. Golden of pineville, kentucky. As a mid-1963 production it is one of the early leather console cars that came after the metal dash examples. This series i was last registered for the road in 1973, a period tag indicates the e-type spent life in pennsylvania and was later parked several decades ago. The car is complete with no missing parts, all numbers match. The roadster remains complete with factory upholstery adorning the cabin and spear seats, correct motorola radio, auxiliaries and trim. Equipped with its numbers-matching powerplant this example makes for an exciting find of the ever desirable and appreciating early xke. It is the ideal candidate for a quality restoration in its attractive original color combination. Included with the sale is the jaguar heritage trust certificate.

It has the tri-carb setup which gives it a lot of punch compared to the dual stomberg carbs. Recently painted british racing green. Frame number and engine block number match. Engine head number does not match. The bad headliner and carpeting are not original, but both can easily be removed. Heater is missing odometer does not work. Reads 25,000 miles but this is not correct. Floors have some rust. I replaced the drivers side floor and had the passenger side floor patch welded. They are fully functional but if someone wants to take this car to the next level they should be replaced. The rest of the car has very little rust.

The cars were continuously developed, however, the arrival of the twelve cylinder engine changed the cars character irreversibly. The series ii cars featured a host of changes to modernize the car, including larger lights and many changes introduced on the series 1. 5 cars including stromberg carburetors and safer interiors. While lacking the purity of the early cars, they provide substantially the same experience and are dramatically less expensive, generally about half the price of a comparable series i. This particular xke it has been maintained with no expense spared by its current owner with most services occurring at british motor specialist . The car has received careful service. The thoroughness of the care is evident, the cars striking paintwork remain in good condition and show well. The paintwork is generally free of scratches. The car was repainted in a portion of the nose, other than that car still in original paint. The paint presents strongly overall with a few small blemishes and the occasional chip. Overall, the chrome on the car is good. Glass in the car is good overall and appears to be original. The overall cosmetic impression of the car is strong and these small blemishes are only evident upon close inspection. The cars interior is still very soft and supple and is correct in appearance. The dash top appears in like new condition and is excellent, as are the carpets. The balance of the interior appears to be original and is correctly presented and in very good shape. The switches and instruments are in very good condition as well. The cars wooden wheel and shifter appear original and show some wear to the varnish. The engine of the car is clean and shows well, showing much evidence of recent maintenance and originality. The wiring is tidy and an aftermarket aluminum radiator has been installed to improve the everyday drivability and usability of the car. The transmission is in good order with smooth synchronizers and the correct amount of clutch free-play. The engine pulls strongly and smoothly to redline without misses. The brakes stop well and straight with no pulsation. Overall, the car drives nicely in keeping with its status as a clean and well-maintained 34,000 mile vehicle.

Nice door and kick panels, dash, switches and gauges. All of the interior accessories and switches are in good working order, even the clock. The exterior was repainted a few years back and looks nice and smooth with a good shine. The chrome still shows well as does the glass and trim. The unseemly large bumper over-riders have been removed, yet are included with the car.

Interior lights function properly wipers function properly this car was restored approximately 10 to 15 years ago and then placed in storage. I have recently drained the fuel tank, replaced the items listed above and now the car runs and drives. There are a couple things left to do on the car. Stereo needs updating. Blinkers don't want to flash. Title states actual miles 52xxx. Floors are solid and the car shows no rust issues. Paint is driver quality. Chrome and stainless show nicely but are not show quality.

1969 jaguar e-type - ocala, flfor sale by ownerocala, fl 34470ph: 9044259541web: www. Not since joe namath and the new york jets won the super bowl in 1969 has this car looked this good. I have used top quality parts from xks unlimited in all the repairs. The engine was rebuilt in 2005 and only has 200 miles on it since that time. Stromberg carburetors were rebuilt at a cost of $700 last year. The interior includes new leather, carpeting, headliner and door panels, all done in the most meticulous care in 2014. The car was resprayed in 2007 with all new seals and rubber kit throughout. This car has a sorrowful past with the original owner, charles k freeman, buying the car in may of 1970 and spending some time in arkansas before being shipped out from the naval academy in annapolis to vietnam where he lost his life. His parents, in their grief put the car in a warehouse and that is where i found it 28 years later. The 44,000 mile are all original. There is no rust on the car and all numbers are matching. The car has had all new hoses that were replaced as well clutch, slave, and master cylinder. The suspension has been gone through as well. The car idles well and drives as it should there are no leaks from the engine or transmission. The interior is in nice shape with no rips or tears anywhere. The car has no rust at all being its whole life in los angeles. The chrome is all new on the car including new rubber and seals throughout. The glass is in very nice condition as well with no hazing or cracks at all/ i purchased new headlight chrome trim but have yet to install as well as front turn signal lights. I have owned numerous jag e-types over the years and this is one of the most solid bodied ones i have ever owned. I only purchase the best of the best when it comes to jag's don't miss out on a very nice original coupe. I have attached numerous photos of the car.

I reduced the price only so i can finish my 1969 e-type. This is a very nice classic jaguar e type coupe. It is a manual version of the 2+2. These cars are going through the roof and spring is only increasing that. The car has 69,436 showing on the odometer. I have the heritage certificate. This e type has had a serious amount of work done. I will say for the most part it has been redone. I do have quite a few receipts. It is not perfect, but very nice and can be driven now. This car runs very good. The paint is nice with only a few flaws. The interior is very nice also. All guages work along with the radio and even the clock! The chrome, glass, etc is also in good condition. The underbody is nice and has a very recent exhaust system. The car has covered headlights which make it look like a series one. The engine was rebuilt around 25,000 miles ago according to the former owner. It also received a very expensive triple carb setup.
